Ideas for wedding invitations?
I'm quite crafty so I'm making my own invitations, there'll only be about 30ish to send out but I am completely stuck for ideas. We are having a typically english garden tea party style wedding, I don't want them too girly since it's not only my wedding and not too twee either but for some reason I can't think of what to do. Please help I am English born and bred and living in England and I'm not sure why it seems to be news to you but in the south west we do have a lot of garden weddings, plus the actual ceremony is taking place inside.
How do I ask for honeymoon funds on wedding invitations?
Is it wrong that when we send out our wedding invitations we mention something about a fund for our honeymoon, as opposed to our wedding gifts being something like household objects???? If that's not stingy, how would you suggest wording that????
I need help with my wedding invitations?
Long story short. My parents are divorced. Both are remarried. My mom just got remarried and I do not know her husband. However, he is paying for about 10 % to 15 % of some of the costs. I am not comfortable saying that he is " presenting" me as his daughter. So my mom suggested that I change the wording because he is paying to something like " we would like to invite you to...." . I don't think I want to change the wording. Any advice on this? Any way to include her husband somehow so he gets recognized? Thanks The current wording i am using is Mr. and Mrs. X with Mrs. Y present their daughter, Me ....Leaving my mom's husband off.

How to correct the time on my wedding invitation that were sent out?
Hello Help I sent out my wedding invitations a couple of weeks ago with the ceremony time at 10 am. To accomodate a full catholic mass in our ceremony, we have to move the time to 930 am. Our church would only allow us 2 hours, including the mass, set up and tear down of decorations. We are booked from 9 to 11, so we really need to move up the ceremony time. My only solution now is to send out correction cards. Is this acceptable? How do I word this out? P.S.Our original invitation was formal and was worded as Bride and Groomrequest the honor of your presence...
Wedding invitations for our places of work. We know they cannot come- wedding is in another state.?
We are getting married in another state that is nearly 2000 miles away. I think it's only appropriate to invite our coworkers since we would have if the wedding were here. How do you think we should do it since we know they won't be able to come? Should we send an invite to the company as a whole or to each person individually? We have a couple of co workers who we hang out with outside of work so will be sending them individual invites...We are going to have a small gathering here after our actual wedding, so that people here can celebrate also but that's going to be a small celebration at a friend's house. Any suggestions about how we should go about this?Actually we do know everyone in the company. It is a small company where they promote friendship and everyone is like family to eachother. of course there are a few ppl who do not.. but even the president and vice president do .

Wedding invitation prices?
I am getting married this summer and was wondering what an appropriate and reasonable price would be for wedding invitations. We don't have a huge budget so if you have any alternate ideas, those would be great as well
