A cousin of mine took an invitation making class for $10.00. she and her hubby are avid travelers, and she LOVES to scrapbook their travels. She went to michaels, got her materials, and made 60 invitations for $55.00. This would save you tons of money. Wal-mart, Target, and Kmart all have wedding invitations for really inexpensive prices. Good luck. |

What if you make them yourself? I sent invitations in my home country and where I live, where I live i didnt really like any plus they were ridicuosly expensive... and they were handmade! So i decided to do them myself... I just took the idea from a site dochelle.com and bought the paper and did them. Its not really that difficult. And in my home country, they were sort of expensive also, but planning the wedding I didnt have time i had to order them... Ok it gave me more time to do my wedding planning but again... they were handmade... I couldve done them also... Good luck! |

Target baby! You can order the package online or buy it in a store. You get the nice invitation paper and envelopes and then there's software that's either included, or you can go to a website (it says it inside the box) and word it however you want. Then you just print right on the paper they give you. One word of advice though- if you print them yourself, use a laser printer. If you don't have one, go to Staples and print off of their laser printers. Good luck! |

I ordered mine from vistaprint.com. I got beautiful invites with envelopes and printing for cheap. They also have a pretty good selection. I ordered them, and they came within days. |

Well, like someone else mentioned, you can make them yourself. But, that is never the same as buying them from a printer. I have received some homemade wedding invitations, and they looked cheesy. Found several web sites that offer invitations for under $100 for 100. This is a pretty good price for peace of mind. Here they are: wedding-needs.com/ cheap-wedding-invitations.asp theinvitationdepot.com/ under-100.asp rsvpweddinginvitations.com/ discount.asp |

See link below. You can get printed invitations (invites only) for under $80, if you need RSVP cards, that changes some things. |

Wal-Mart as print-at-homes for $14.95, Dawn (invitationsbydawn.com) has beautiful invitations for a fraction of the usual price, and then there's my idea. My fiance' and I are having an English Garden wedding. I was originally going to get my invitations from Dawn, but was hit by a sudden idea. From a local antique shop, I purchased 80 postcards from the early 1900s, all were beautiful with designs to compliment by theme, or sweet pictures of couples. I typed up my invitation message, printed them, cut them out with specialty scissors for a pretty edge, and pasted them on the back. The postcards can be used or unused (the used have a special touch), and I was thrilled with the results. They are completely one-of-akind, most over a hundred years old, and inexpensive ranging from 50 cents to a dollar each. |
