Question: Dressy casual for a wedding rehearsal dinner?

Hello, I am attending a rehearsal dinner at a yacht club tonight for a wedding that will be held tomorrow. The invitation for the dinner was "boat and fish " themed. the invitation stated dressy casual. The second dress did not show. However, I think the first dress or the skirt ensemble would be fine. I would choose color over black and white but that is just a personal decision. Your taste is right in line with the event.

Both dresses are great for the occasion, but I like your skirt and sweater idea best of all!
