Question: Cheap wedding location in the east bay, ca and other wedding tips?

I'm planning my wedding for January 1st, 2011. We would like to stay within a $4, 000 budget for the entire wedding. Any suggestions for a cheap, indoor wedding location in the East Bay? Or in any other Northern California location? Also, any other tips for a wedding on a tight budget? Thanks in advance! *The $4, 000 budget is for the wedding ceremony and reception.

I have heard the Brazilian Room at Tilden Park is amazing for a budget wedding in the East Bay area. You can have both your ceremony and reception at the same place to cut back on the costs of the wedding. Head to a David's Bridal right now for their $99 dress sale. You can find a gorgeous wedding dress for a great price. Keep things simple is key for a budget wedding. You can make your own centerpieces, wedding invitations (like the ones listed here: weddingsbydezign.com/ invitations-more/ do-it-yourself-invitations.html?p= 2), flower arrangements with a little bit of time, help and creativity. For music, see if you know anyone who plays an instrument that can play accoustically for your ceremony and during the reception.
